Posted on 01st Oct 2011

From 1st to 4th of November, Rilsan® fine powders are exhibiting jointly with Viking Johnson (stand 317, Hall 1) at Aquatech, the world's leading trade exhibition on process, drinking and waste water technology.

Arkema’s Rilsan® powder coatings have been used since 1967 in the water industry for coating pipes, pumps, valves and fittings. It is a unique high performance polyamide manufactured from a renewable resource of plant origin. Rilsan®-coated carbon steel is also a cost-effective and technical alternative to stainless steel providing protection and longevity in the most demanding environment. It is produced with less energy and carbon dioxide emissions, reducing the plant’s environmental footprint. Rilsan®-coated parts withstand extreme abrasive medium, the coating provides excellent protection against corrosion and mechanical impacts, and it complies with various regulations for drinking water.
