Viking Johnson & Helden invited their global network of channel partners to join them for a 2 day conference at Needham House Hotel, Hitchin.
The event included presentations, a factory tour of the Viking Johnson and Helden facilities in Hitchin and an evening reception under the wing of Concorde at Duxford Imperial War Museum.
Duxford provided a special backdrop to the evening’s festivities where guests were treated to a live performance from 40s/50s trio The Polka Dots, and guest speaker Aviation Historian Ivor Warne.
Channel partners were also involved in a ‘Your Voice’ workshop activity allowing them to provide constructive feedback for VJ & Helden to help build partnerships and prosperity.
The conference went very well and received praise from channel partners and Crane BS&U staff alike.
Richard Tuck, President of Crane BS&U commented at the conference.
“Our partners and distribution are critical to our presence globally to sell our products. They are the people who are close to our customers, they can specify, they can support and drive sales locally. It is important that we take the time to share with them new technology, new products and of course developments in our factories as well.”
